Holly specialises in working with groups to compose their own pieces and commissioned  compositions for Kora.

Holly has a First Class BA hons degree in Popular Music and Recording from Salford University as well as an MA in Community Music Therapy (Nordoff Robbins) from City University in London. Holly is internationally acclaimed as a unique and exciting kora player, combining the authentic rhythms and songs of West Africa with her own compositions. Holly specialises in working with groups to compose their own pieces and commissioned  compositions for Kora. Holly has extensive experience of working with music in health & community settings, composing pieces with people in hospitals, care homes, people living with Dementia or struggling with mental health and carers.
